Investigators from the Ulster County Family and Child
Advocacy Center report the arrest of Niles H. Turner 33, of 376 West Saugerties
Road, Saugerties, NY.
On October 21, 2019 the Ulster County Family and Child
Advocacy Center began investigating a complaint to the Office of Children and
Family Services central registry. The
investigation revealed that Niles Turner, on a number of occasions, violated a
stay away order of protection, which was issued by the Town of Saugerties
Justice court, Honorable Christopher Kraft, on 10/23/2019.
On November 8, 2019, Turner was arrested and charged
with Criminal Contempt 2nd a misdemeanor.
Turner is set to appear in the Town of Saugerties Court on 11/20/2019.
The Ulster County Family and Child Advocacy Center was
assisted by members of the Town of Saugerties Police Department.
The Ulster County Family and Child Advocacy Center is
comprised of members of the Town of Saugerties Police Department, Ellenville
Police Department, Ulster County District Attorney’s Office, Ulster County
Sheriff’s Office, New York State Police and
Ulster County Child Protective Services.
