RE: PRESS RELEASE – PEOPLE V TYRONE CRAIG
Tyrone Craig pled
guilty to criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree before
Ulster County Court Judge Donald A. Williams.
Sentencing has been adjourned to August 27th. Craig was arrested as a result of an
execution of a search warrant at the Super 8 Motel by Kingston detectives. Craig was found to be in possession of
sixteen grams of heroin along with an additional 164 glassine envelopes
containing heroin, a sifter and grinder used for the packaging of narcotics and
$2216.00 in cash. Following his arrest
Craig admitted that he had travelled to Ulster County from New York City for
the express purpose of selling heroin.
