WILLIAMS INDICTMENT
Joseph Williams, age
25, of Marlboro, New York, was indicted by an Ulster County Grand Jury in
connection with the killing of a dog on November 19, 2014, at 4 West Street in
Marlboro. Williams was charged with aggravated cruelty to animals, a felony.
Williams was additionally charged with the misdemeanor of torturing, injuring
animals or failure to provide sustenance, from an unrelated incident.
